H: HOT (spicy)
P: PEANUTS
F: FISH SAUCE (made of seafoods)
S: SHRIMPS or KING PRAWNS
E: EGG
G: GLUTEN

2. Sambal sauce contains SHRIMPS
3. Noodles & Fried Rice contain EGG
4. Thai dishes contain FISH SAUCE
